Day Shift Supervisor Heathrow £48,000 – £50,000 This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance supervisor to hit the ground running with one of the biggest building services companies in the UK. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles. Considering an Electrical or mechanical biased engineer, the role will be managing a commercial site and leading a team of 8 engineers, working day\’s, (6:30am – 6:30pm) , 4 on 4 off days only . Day to day you will be responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork as well as reporting back to the client of the sites performance. You must be fully qualified in Electrical engineering, with at least five years of commercial building services maintenance experience with the following: Hours: 4 on 4 day shift only (6:30am – 6:30pm) Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators UPS Systems VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
