A career defining opportunity for a Mobile Contract Manager to join a big name in the maintenance sector who continues to grow as a major player in the market. With a consistent stream of contract awards, we are looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career. The position will be looking after a portfolio of commercial properties across London and the surrounding areas, being responsible for the P&L and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of maintenance engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.
