We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across London. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties.
- Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding.
- Undertaking general building services maintenance.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
- Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and clients.
Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Package
- Salary of £46,000 per annum.

- 1 in 6 call-out rota.
- £150 standby payment for being on call.
