We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties in and around the Cumbria area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects and a supportive team environment.

Key Duties:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
  • Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites
  • Fault finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps, and general water systems
  • Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
  • Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills

Package:

  • £33,000 - £36,000 salary
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Company van & fuel card provided
  • Overtime opportunities available
