Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Fenchurch Street, City of London
£40,000 - £45,000
We've got a brand new role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based close to Fenchurch Street station. Easily commutable especially for those coming in from Essex. You'll be joining a rapidly growing building service provider expanding their market share within commercial maintenance.
This is especially stands out for those looking to take on further responsibility within their next position. You'll be charged with the hands on engineering on site whilst also managing client needs.
This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Generators
- VAV/VRFs
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps & Motors
- Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing xwwtmva / Air Conditioning
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
Salary and Package:
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
