We've got an excellent opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to work on a fantastic contract based in North London, great opportunity to avoid commuting and driving around Central London. This is a great chance to join a rapidly growing building service provider, well known for their staff retention, internal progression and offering valuable career experience.

As a HVAC Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, troubleshoot / fault find, carry out relevant repairs, respond to emergencies and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.

HVAC Engineer Duties:
  • Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant and building services
  • Diagnose faults and maintain a broad range of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF air conditioning units
  • Monitor and control environmental conditions via BMS systems
  • Identify and mitigate risks to plant and equipment, including management of critical spare parts
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance programmes
  • Maintaining Chillers
HVAC Engineer Requirements:
  • Level 2 minimum within Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
  • F-Gas (Essential)
  • At least 3 years experience within commercial building services
  • Client facing
  • Ability to manage site logbooks
Salary and Package:
  • £45,000 - £50,000
  • Private health care provided
  • Company benefits scheme
