Mobile Maintenance Engineer

£43,000 – £45,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to deliver both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF units, pumps, and motors.
- Complete general plumbing works, including TMV servicing, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.
- Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
- Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
- Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
- Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance documentation.
- City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning.
- Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- £43,000 – £45,000 per annum
