Electrical Engineer

We are actively looking for an Electrical bias Engineer to join our client on a prestigious contract in London Blackfriars. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking to develop your skills and develop as an engineer, gain valuable experience on a highly regarded commercial environment. You will also be joining one a market leader within the building maintenance sector!

In this role, you will carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, ensure all site logbooks and documents are updated on a regular basis, ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided and react to any emergencies on site.

Job duties:

  • PPMs & Reactive maintenance
  • Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
  • Ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
  • Respond to emergencies on site
  • Fault find on M&E systems
  • Quotations
  • Health & Safety
  • Logbooks
  • Risk assessments
  • Permits to work

Job Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
  • Polite and personable
  • Apprentice trained – Desirable

Salary and Benefits:

  • Β£50,000 – Β£53,000 per annum
  • Day shift only – 2s & 3s – 7am – 7pm
  • Company pension
  • 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays
