We're currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services provider on a static site in the White City area. This is a great opportunity to work within a small, stable team across a cluster of modern buildings.

The Role

Working as part of a 2-person team, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of landlord areas across a portfolio of small buildings right next to each other, predominantly office space with one residential building (landlord plant only).

Duties

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Maintaining electrical systems across landlord areas
  • Working on plant including LV panels, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and basic HVAC equipment
  • Fault finding on building services plant and associated controls
  • Supporting general building services maintenance where required
  • Logging works and updating the CAFM system
  • Working closely with the Lead Engineer on site

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
  • Experience in building services / commercial maintenance
  • Good working knowledge of CAFM systems
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well within a small team

Package

  • Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Static site in White City
