As an Account Manager (Building Services), you'll be charged with overseeing a portfolio of commercial sites within the City of London and West End, manage the Profit and Loss (P&L), Works in progress (WIPs), scope out extra works / projects, maintain and hit KPIs and SLAs set out whilst also handling the client and overseeing an maintenance engineering team.
Account Manager (Building Services) Duties
- Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance for all assets recorded within the client’s CAFM system, ensuring delivery aligns with the agreed maintenance strategy.
- Analyse PPM schedules and asset data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, cost savings, and potential contract growth through additional services or enhanced offerings.
- Manage and ensure full compliance across all FM operations on the account.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, working collaboratively with both internal teams and the client to ensure all requirements are met.
- Ensure internal audits are conducted in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Provide effective subcontractor management across the full FM service delivery.
- Investigate service failures, implementing robust and sustainable corrective actions.
- Maintain consistent service delivery standards in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Hold full responsibility for the account’s profit and loss (P&L)
Account Manager (Building Services) Requirements
- Qualified in either electrical installations / engineering or a mechanical related subject (C&G/NVQ/EAL or equivalent)
- At least 3 years working as a manager within commercial building services
- Technical background
- Client facing
- Ability to lead a team
- Client management experience
Salary and Package
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
