An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a prestigious high-end residential development in Victoria.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer looking to take on a senior, hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day operation of a flagship site while ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services.
Act as the senior engineer on site, providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant and associated building services equipment.
Perform fault finding, repairs, and plant isolations in line with site procedures and current regulations.
Ensure all maintenance and remedial works are completed in accordance with statutory compliance requirements.
