We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties in and around the Romford area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects and a supportive team environment.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
- Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites
- Fault finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps, and general water systems
- Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential)
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
- Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
Package:
- £35,000 - £37,000 salary
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Company van & fuel card provided
- Overtime opportunities available
