Job Description We've got an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client, covering a portfolio of commercial sites based solely across Berkshire. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial sites, manage client expectations, and take initiative to maintain high standards of service. Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties: Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance. Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals and water treatment systems. Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures. Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required. Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years' experience within commercial building maintenance. Full UK driving licence. Company van ~ Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm ~25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays ~ Overtime available ~ Internal progression and career development opportunities
