We've got an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client, covering a portfolio of commercial sites based solely across Berkshire. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial sites, manage client expectations, and take initiative to maintain high standards of service.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance.
  • Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals and water treatment systems.
  • Operate and have an understanding of BMS systems.
  • Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures.
  • Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with current regulations and standards.
  • Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required.
  • Complete logbooks, RAMS, reports and permits to work.
  • Raise and close jobs using PDA systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within commercial building maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
  • Apprentice-trained background desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Must be based in or able to cover Berkshire only.

Salary & Package:

  • £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Company van
  • Fuel card
  • PPE and tools provided
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Berkshire-based portfolio only
  • Overtime available
