An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to provide M E maintenance to commercial buildings across London. This is a hands-on supervisor position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
- Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
- Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
- Supporting the wider building services team as required.
Requirements:
- City Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in building services maintenance.
- Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.
- Professional, personable, and career-driven.
Salary Benefits:
Up to £55,000 per annum.
