We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of secure commercial properties throughout Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established facilities management provider offering long-term stability, career progression and the opportunity to work within a supportive and expanding engineering team. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault-finding across electrical and associated building services systems. This is a mobile role covering multiple sites across Cambridgeshire, with a company van and fuel card provided. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring facilities and critical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out electrical PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed SLAs and KPIs. Fault finding, diagnosis and repair of electrical systems and associated plant. Supporting general building services maintenance, including HVAC, mechanical and fabric-related tasks. Working across multiple commercial and secure sites throughout Cambridgeshire. Managing a mobile workload and prioritising reactive and planned maintenance requirements across the region. Issuing, controlling and managing Permits to Work where required. Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard. Ensuring all plant, equipment and electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. Maintaining accurate maintenance records, service reports and compliance documentation. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health
