We currently have a great opportunity for Multi Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineers to join one of the UK\’s most established maintenance providers, covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across properties in London and within the M25. With a portfolio of commercial and high end residential properties, you should be experienced with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being adaptable to different maintenance teams on various sites. You should be electrical, mechanical, A/C or plumbing biased, with at least three years commercial building services maintenance experience. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms Water Treatment Distribution Boards Motors Pumps, Bearings, Seals Air Conditioning, AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs Filters, Belts General Building Services / Fabric tasks Requirements City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification or equivalent in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Air Conditioning Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Polite and personable Self-Motivated Salary and Benefits
