Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Fantastic role for an Air Conditioning Engineer to grow a rapidly growing Building Service Provider in M25 and surrounding areas, offering a valuable experience, the necessary opportunities to progress within the organisation, an outstanding work culture and business ethos, where you will be valued and enjoy coming into work each day.This role will have you responsible for several commercial properties in the M25 and surrounding areas, responsible for the PPM and Reactive maintenance on all HVAC / Air Conditioning systems on each site, respond to call outs, strengthen client relations and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to.To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration + F-Gas / Gas Safe Qualified, at least 3 years experience in similar roles, a client facing attitude and a full UK driving license.Duties:

• To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
• Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
• Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components
• Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units
• Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
• Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
• Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration – City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigeration (F-Gas)
• At least 3 years experience carrying out service and repair of various A/C units, within commercial properties
• Full UK Driving License
• Based within the Midlands

Salary and Benefits:

• £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
