We've got an outstanding role for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our client's M&E maintenance team in West London! This is a great role if you're looking to join a well established building service provider who are well known in investing further in their staff!
This is a shift role following a continental shift pattern, day and night shifts.

- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Tap Temperatures
- Chilled Water Systems
- Heat Exchnagers
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- Generators
- BMS Operation
- CRAC units
- Motors
Qualifications
- Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience - 5 Years Min
- Very Client facing
- Similar experience within a commercial environment
