This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a commercial office contract in Stratford. You’ll be part of a small team of three engineers, maintaining landlord areas across a modern multi-storey commercial office. As the on-site Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will undertake planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and safely. This is a day-based role, perfect for someone confident in a client-facing environment.

Duties
  • PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive works
  • AHUs & FCUs
  • Pumps – bearings, seals & general maintenance
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Basic water treatment tasks (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
  • Tap temperatures & plumbing duties
  • Chilled water systems
  • Generators
  • Pressurisation units
  • BMS operation
Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
  • Apprentice trained – desirable
  • Experience in commercial building services maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and confident in client-facing environments
Package
  • £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
