This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a large privately owned Building Service Maintenance provider. Our client is looking for an experienced, capable and motivated engineer to join their team on a large commercial property in Watford, covering PPM and reactive maintenance on a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm shift pattern.

Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs, FCUs Pumps, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, Tap Temperatures, Chilled Water Systems, Plumbing, Generators, Pressurisation units, BMS Operation and Motors
- Communicate with the client regularly
- Follow statutory compliance
- Complete and update RAMS, H&S and any other relevant documentations
Requirements:
- Mechanically qualified (City and Guilds or NVQ)
- 3 years prior in Building Service Maintenance
- Great communication skills
- Self motivated
Salary and Package:
- Up to Β£50,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Company pension scheme
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
- Overtime available
