The Role
You will be the on-site BMS authority, responsible for ensuring the system operates at optimum performance. The position blends hands-on technical work with a proactive, improvement-led mindset, playing a key role in energy efficiency, system reliability, and overall building performance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the site’s BMS operation and performance
- Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and system optimisation
- Interrogating BMS data to drive efficiency and energy reduction initiatives
- Working closely with on-site engineering teams, specialist contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring all BMS works are delivered in line with H&S and statutory compliance
