An excellent opportunity for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a leading business and work within their established team. Working as the Painter & Decorator you will be touching up apartments and communal areas across their sites in Wembley.
This will primarily involve painting but may also include wall repairs, minor maintenance, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work within the apartment(s).
Support stock management by conducting regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supplies of paint and materials are available at all times. Assist with the Inventory move-out process to ensure compliance with lease obligations.
Conduct pre-move-out apartment inspections and document any required work, helping to prepare materials and tools in advance. Assist with ensuring compliance with building Health and Safety regulations.
Utilise the company’s CRM and tech tools to document all activities, maintaining a digital record of all work for future reference.
A background in painting and/or decorating is essential for this role. Being IT literate with experience using CRM or CAFM systems to monitor, track, and update reported issues is desirable.
Permanent contract, Monday - Friday, Hours are 09:00am - 05:30pm, 24 days holidays + bank holidays, Great opportunity to progress internally, On-Site parking.
