A great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a highly reputable building services provider, managing the planned and reactive maintenance on a Grade A Commercial site near King's Cross, London.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the onsite Team of a M&E Technician and two Fabric Engineers, working Monday to Friday, 7-4 or 9-6. The Supervisor will have technical qualifications in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, with experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for log books, supervising contractors, other relevant paperwork and dealing directly with the client on site.
