An exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. This role involves covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across London, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance as part of a highly supportive mobile engineering team.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
- Support and maintain basic mechanical systems including pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs and FCUs
- Complete logbooks and ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with subcontractors and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Assist with permits to work, risk assessments, and site compliance procedures
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively
- Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a commercial building services environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Basic mechanical knowledge / multi-skilled background beneficial
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- £43,000 – £45,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
- £266 monthly travel allowance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
