We are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a foot-mobile basis throughout London. In this role, youβll be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning, and possess a well-rounded knowledge of building services systems.
Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Lighting
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Fire Alarms
- AHUs/ FCUs
- Plant room checks
- Pumps
- Motors
- Sprinklers
- Water Treatment
- General maintenance duties
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical / Plumbing / Air Conditioning / Electrical qualifications
- Building services maintenance experience
Salary & Benefits:
- Β£49,000 - Β£51,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension
- Overtime available
