We have a great role for a part-time Electrical Engineer to join our client on an excellent commercial site based in Liverpool Street. For this role, you will be charged with overseeing the M&E maintenance on site, responding to emergencies, liaising with subcontractors, updating site logbooks, and ensuring the client is satisfied with the service provided. This is a static role, following a Monday - Thursday (8-5) schedule.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot/fault find, respond to emergencies, and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.
Duties:- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical/mechanical maintenance in commercial properties
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
- Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
- Emergency lighting testing and remedial
- Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
- Fully qualified in either electrical installations
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Good M&E knowledge
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Monday - Thursday (Part Time)
- 25 days annual leave
