We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to cover a commercial building in Marylebone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the M&E maintenance for a tenant, ensuring all systems are compliant, safe, and running efficiently. Please note this position requires you to be on-call 1 in 4.
Our client is open to engineers with experience in the hotel sector who would be interested in moving into the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
- Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
- Emergency lighting testing and remedial
- Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
- Fully qualified in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Previous experience working on plant systems in commercial buildings
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently
- £47,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
