Join our client on a critical, state of the art, commercial site in Heathrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Supervisor looking to avoid the hassle of commuting to Central London. This role provides a great salary, High Voltage training, internal progression and valuable experience. This role is on a shift pattern of continental shift (Days & Nights 6-6).

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a Data Centre and either currently hold HV or previously had HV training.

Duties:
  • Leading a team of engineers
  • PPMs & Reactive maintenance
  • Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
  • Organising subcontractors
  • Quotations
  • Health & Safety
  • Logbooks
  • Risk assessments
  • Permits to work
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
  • At least 5 years prior experience in commercial maintenance
  • Experience in High Voltage switching / scheduling - Desirable
  • Experience in a Data Centre
  • High Voltage experience
  • Career driven and motivated
