Technical Supervisor

Mayfair

Up to Β£60,000

A new opportunity to work for a leading building services provider on a trophy site in Mayfair. If you are looking to advance your career, work alongside an established team, and access clear internal progression routes, this role is for you.

Please note they require someone who is Electrically qualified and holds the Test & Inspection (2391 or 2394 & 2395) qualification.

Technical Supervisor Key Duties:

  • Support the preparation of monthly engineering performance reports.
  • Drive compliance with agreed SLA and KPI targets.
  • Operate facility systems safely, efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee MEP assets and building systems in line with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor CAFM performance and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Escalate critical equipment issues with clear recommendations for resolution.
  • Conduct health & safety inspections, site audits and logbook reviews.
  • Manage critical incidents, near-miss reporting and post-incident reviews.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship and engineering standards.
  • Review RAMS, competencies and relevant permits.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for system and operational improvements.
  • Communicate and implement relevant technical, statutory and legislative updates.

Technical Supervisor Requirements:

  • Formal Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Electrical Installations/Engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial building services maintenance experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial M&E infrastructure.
  • Driven, professional, and confident in client-facing scenarios.

Technical Supervisor Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary up to Β£60,000
  • Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
  • On-call 1 in 4
  • 25 Days annual leave
  • Training & Progression
