A leading building services provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, maintaining a portfolio of commercial sites across London. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and diagnosing faults across building services systems.
- Undertaking general electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance where required.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Completing maintenance reports, service records, and relevant documentation.
- Building positive relationships with clients and site teams while delivering a high standard of service.
- Managing daily workloads and working independently across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification, such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or a recognised apprenticeship.
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge, fault–finding ability, and problem–solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently, organise workloads, and communicate professionally with clients.
Salary & Package
- GBP45,000 GBP50,000 per annum.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
- 1–in–6 call–out rota.
- GBP150 standby payment for being on call.
