Mobile Commercial PlumberLondon & Home Counties£50,000A great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a privately owned building services provider, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties across London and Home Counties.Covering a wide range of plumbing skills, the role will require experience working oncalorifiers, water heaters, fixingleak and water fed Fan Coil Units (FCUs)This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumber to work within a friendly and personable working environment in a permanent position, offering loads ofovertime a company van and fuel card.
Duties:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor installs.
- Diagnosing faults and resolving plumbing issues.
- Maintaining and repairing commercial plumbing systems
- Changing calorifiers and water heaters
- Fixing leaks
- Water fed Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Working on pipework, valves, pumps and TMVs.
- Undertaking general plant room maintenance.
- Attending multiple sites across London and the Home Counties.
- Completing maintenance records and ensuring work meets the required standards.
- Providing a professional service to clients and building occupants.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing would be advantageous.
- Previous commercial plumbing or building services maintenance experience.
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
- A good understanding of commercial plumbing systems and plant rooms.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- A full UK driving licence.
