An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a market leading business to supervise a team of engineers in the Canary Wharf area.
Electrical Supervisor Duties:
- Supervise day-shift engineering team
- Carry out and oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Maintaining mechanical and electrical plant
- Perform plant isolation and ensure safe systems of work
- Ensure repairs and remedial works meet compliance standards
- Manage subcontractors and specialist service visits
- Complete logbooks, RAMS, and site documentation
- Liaise with client representatives and attend site meetings
- Keep the Account Manager updated on site performance
- Raise and close jobs using PDA/CMMS systems
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
- Fully qualified in electrical installations or electrical engineering (City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ, or equivalent, including current wiring regulations)
- Supervisory experience within the commercial maintenance sector
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within maintenance, projects, or installation environments
- IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable)
- Experience managing commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of RAMS, permits, and method statements
Maintenance Supervisor Salary and Package:
- £62,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
