We are partnering with a rapidly growing building service provider looking to expand their team by bringing on an additional Contract Manager to their London portfolio. The successful candidate will work on an impressive commercial property, further develop management and leadership skills, and receive training to progress internally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing service provider with proven internal progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of the hard services maintenance contract
- Managing PPM and reactive maintenance programmes
- Providing technical support to both the client and the engineering team
- Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
- Running Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Managing KPIs and SLA's
- Managing client relationships on a daily basis
- Attending client meetings
- Dealing with client requirements including additional projects and works
- Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers
- Recruitment and staff development, including annual appraisals and disciplinary matters
- Reporting and business development to win and manage additional opportunities
- Responsible for the permit system
- Managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract
Qualifications and Experience
- Technically qualified – Apprenticeship or City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning or HVAC
- Experience in managing contracts and maintenance teams
- Personable with strong people skills
- Driven and motivated
- Computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Remuneration and Benefits
- £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Company pension scheme
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
