Domestic Gas Engineer Hampshire £45,000 – £50,000 per annum An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to join a well-established company covering Hampshire. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a background in domestic gas maintenance, servicing, repairs and installations, working across a local portfolio of residential properties. The Role: Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic gas appliances. Installing and replacing domestic boilers, heating systems and associated components. Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works. Undertaking annual gas safety checks and landlord gas safety inspections. Carrying out boiler installations, replacements and heating system upgrades. Completing general plumbing repairs and maintenance where required. Ensuring all maintenance and installation work complies with current gas safety regulations. Completing relevant documentation, service reports and compliance records. Providing a professional service to customers and clients. Requirements: Valid ACS Gas Qualifications, including: CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters CPA1 – Combustion Performance Analysis CKR1 – Domestic Cookers (desirable) HTR1 – Domestic Gas Fires (desirable) Gas Safe registered. Previous experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and installations. Experience installing and replacing domestic boilers and heating systems. Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence. Plumbing experience is desirable, particularly with domestic heating systems and general plumbing repairs.
