Air Conditioning Engineer London and Surrounding Areas Up to 50,000 A fantastic opportunity for Air Conditioning Engineers to join a privately owned FM provider. With a great working atmosphere, this is a great chance to work progressive A/C company with an outstanding business ethos and culture, where you will feel valued and enjoy coming into work each day. We are looking for candidates who hold F-Gas Cat 1 and a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in air conditioning and refrigeration is required and have the aspiration to develop with training and progression within the business. Duties To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units Replacing compressors, condensers, re-gassing, brazing, soldering etc Dealing with subcontractors where necessary Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) Experience carrying out service and repair of various types of AC units, within commercial sites.
