Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to assist our client across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Dorset. This role sits within a building services team, but your primary focus will be on planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning units, including VRV/VRF, split systems, and AHUs.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conducting F-Gas compliance checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with general building services maintenance where required.
- Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients on-site.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 Commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification is essential.
- Experience in servicing and maintaining VRV/VRF, split systems, and AHUs.
- Previous experience in a commercial building services environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
