We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and rapidly growing building services provider. Due to continued success and contract wins, they are now seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer to support three commercial sites across West London.
This multi-site role offers long-term stability, progression, and a chance to truly make an impact within a business that values its engineers. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be undertaking both PPMs and reactive maintenance across well-maintained commercial properties, ensuring high standards and reliable service delivery.
You should hold relevant electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) and have at least 3 years’ experience within the maintenance sector.
Duties:- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & reactive maintenance
- Working on electrical and mechanical systems including lighting, distribution boards, emergency lighting, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, belts, BMS operation and general building services
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all three West London sites
- Logbook management and accurate record keeping
- Providing a high level of customer service to tenants and site teams
- City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within commercial building services
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused
- £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
