We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and highly regarded building services provider at a prestigious site in White City, London.

You'll be joining a supportive on-site team of four engineers, responsible for maintaining both landlord and tenant areas across the building.
The role offers a varied workload, combining planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and general building services duties across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs, replacements, and installations.
- Work safely with both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.
- Operate, monitor, and respond to alarms through the Building Management System (BMS).
- Carry out maintenance and servicing of AHUs, FCUs, VAV/VRF systems, generators, and associated equipment.
- Maintain pumps, motors, cooling towers, and other mechanical plant.
- Support water treatment activities, including testing, dosing, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate site records, including logbooks, maintenance reports, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and oversee contractors working on-site.
- Assist with site audits, technical reports, and quotations where required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level qualification in Electrical Installations, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Electrical apprenticeship background is preferred.
- Previous experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
