As Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the account, including P&L, WIPs, client relationships, engineering teams, subcontractors, compliance, KPIs and SLAs.

You will also identify and develop opportunities for additional works and projects across the portfolio.

Account Manager (Building Services) Duties

  • Take overall responsibility for the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties within the City of London.
  • Oversee all assets and maintenance activities through the client's CAFM system, ensuring delivery is aligned with the agreed maintenance strategy.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing engineering and FM team, providing leadership, direction and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for operational and service-related matters.
  • Manage the account's Profit & Loss (P&L), budgets, WIPs and commercial performance.
  • Analyse PPM schedules, asset data and service performance to identify efficiencies, cost savings and opportunities for contract growth.
  • Identify, scope and deliver additional works, projects and enhanced service opportunities.
  • Ensure full statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance across all FM operations.
  • Coordinate statutory inspections and ensure all actions are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent service performance.
