We have a great role for an Electrical Engineer to work on a large site in North West London, offering valuable career experience and a fantastic salary and package.

You will be working with a well-experienced team, covering a portfolio of buildings, all within walking distance. As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on single / three phase power systems, carry out general installations, testing, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, and recommend extra works / projects to be carried out.
Electrical Engineer Duties:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on electrical systems
- Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to reactive maintenance callouts
- Conduct surveys and provide quotes for remedial works as necessary
- Carry out installation projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Perform testing and inspection tasks, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork using designated software
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with contractors and clients, representing the company positively at all times
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- City and Guilds / EAL (or equivalent) in Electrical Testing and Inspecting - Required
- Familiar with BMS systems
- At least 5 years experience prior within electrical engineering
- A professional and client-facing attitude
- Experience within Install and Commercial maintenance
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
