We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established facilities management contract covering Salisbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Warminster and surrounding areas. This is a stable, Monday-Friday role with a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, working across commercial and government sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing systems
- Fault finding and repair of water and drainage systems
- Repair cracked pipework, clear blockages, and maintain complex plumbing systems
- Carry out leak detection, soldering and brazing works
- Install, modify and repair plumbing components including: Valves, traps, unions and backflow prevention devices, Water heaters, tanks, sinks, showers and storage systems
- Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and site standards
- Accurately complete job reports using PDA systems
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification
- Strong experience in commercial plumbing / building services maintenance
- Background in FM or commercial property environments
- Experience with both reactive maintenance and PPM
- Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits
- £35,000 - £37,000
- On Call: 1 in 9/10 rota - £150 standby payment
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
