An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading FM service provider on a commercial building in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer looking to step into Contract Management, as the role will involve working closely with the Contract Manager on site.
You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and associated building systems, including remedial works and emergency response. The successful candidate will be Electrically qualified, holding City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications, and be multi-skilled with strong all-round building services maintenance knowledge.
Duties:- PPMs & reactive maintenance
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Motors, Generators (on/off load tests)
- UPS systems
- LV/HV switching, shutdowns, and switchgear
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- AHUs, FCUs, VAVs
- Sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals
- BMS operation
- Isolation of plant and systems in line with safety requirements
- Ensure corrective and repair works comply with regulations
- Promote safe working practices and quality standards
- Organising subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Producing reports
- Conducting client meetings
- Keeping the Account Manager regularly updated
- Liaising with client representatives regarding corrective works
- Permits to Work
- Raising and closing jobs via PDA
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
- Proven ability to lead a day-shift engineering maintenance team
- Strong building services maintenance experience

- Β£47,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 5:00pm
