We've got a new role for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our client! This is a standout role if you're looking to avoid commuting or working in London. You'll be joining a growing building service provider, well known for offering valuable career experience!

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the South Coast. You'll be responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, troubleshooting / fault finding, diagnosing faults, updating site logbooks, liaising with contractors and managing client expectations.

Mobile Electrical Engineer Duties:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
  • Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
  • Maintain emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
  • Perform basic water treatment duties
  • Service and maintain distribution boards, motors, pumps, bearings, and seals
  • Maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, and VRFs
  • Replace filters and belts as required
  • Undertake general building fabric maintenance tasks
Mobile Electrical Engineer Requirements:
  • Level 3 minimum in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Full UK license
