This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Admin to join a leading building services maintenance company on one of their exciting contracts in Taunton. Working for a privately owned maintenance provider, this offers the successful Finance Admin a chance to join a thriving business and work within an established team. Key Duties
- Provide professional and timely support by managing the facilities helpdesk, handling calls/emails, and raising reactive jobs for hard and soft services.
- Keep requesters updated on work progress and ensure accurate task and asset information is maintained in the CAFM system.
- Complete the Contract Review pack, attend monthly review meetings, and prepare required reports.
- Maintain up-to-date training and logbook records while ensuring systems and procedures support the achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate annual subcontractor maintenance, scheduling both planned and ad-hoc works.
- Liaise with onsite teams, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining and updating contractor records to ensure SLA compliance.
- Raise and manage invoices, work orders and purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial information and timely billing.
- Support month-end processes by reviewing P&Ls, managing exceptions, and assisting with forecasting and reporting.
- Manage and monitor timecards and overtime through MyTime.
- Create and improve operational spreadsheets and maintain accurate people records.
