A leading global facilities management provider is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to take full ownership of the Building Management System at a prestigious commercial site in Canary Wharf. The Role
- You will be the on-site BMS authority, responsible for ensuring the system operates at optimum performance.
- The position blends hands-on technical work with a proactive, improvement-led mindset, playing a key role in energy efficiency, system reliability, and overall building performance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the site's BMS operation and performance.
- Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and system optimisation.
- Interrogating BMS data to drive efficiency and energy reduction initiatives.
- Working closely with on-site engineering teams, specialist contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring all BMS works are delivered in line with H&S and statutory compliance.

About You

- Electrically qualified (18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Experience within large commercial or critical buildings.
