Great role for an Electrical Engineer to join our client's maintenance team on a prestigious, commercial site in Watford! This is a great role if you're looking to improve your technical skills, client facing skills and to be part of an excellent maintenance team.

This is a static position, following a Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm pattern.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, work on mechanical systems, general building services, update site logbooks, work within communal, tenant and landlord areas.

Electrical Engineer Duties:
  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
  • Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
  • Emergency lighting testing and remedial
  • Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
  • Fully qualified in either Electrical installations or engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial environment
  • Good knowledge of commercial M&E systems
  • Client facing attitude
Salary and Package:
  • Up to Β£50,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Company pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
