A leading building services provider is looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a prestigious contract looking after commercial buildings in the M4 & M5 Corridor region.

Working as an AC engineer you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site's HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently.

The Role:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
  • Servicing and fault-finding on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems
  • Water treatment tasks, including dosing, temperature checks, and cooling tower maintenance
  • Monitoring and operating the BMS to optimise building performance
  • Working on pressurisation units, chilled water systems, and AC units
  • Supporting critical HVAC systems in temperature-sensitive scientific research labs
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
  • Assisting with refurbishment and upgrade projects to improve system efficiency

Requirements:

  • Recognised mechanical or HVAC qualification (Heating & Ventilation preferred)
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in a building services maintenance environment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills

Package & Benefits:

  • Up to £55,000 per annum
  • Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • 1 Hour travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)
