This is a great opportunity for Mobile Mechanical Engineers to join a well-established privately owned maintenance provider. Our client is known for upskilling their engineers and giving them the skills to complete any task put in front of them. This is an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on multiple commercial sites located within the M25 and surrounding areas.
To be successful in this role you will need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering / Heating & Ventilation / Plumbing (City and Guilds / NVQ equivalent) or any other comparable qualification with a minimum of two years experience.
Duties:- PPMs & Reactive maintenance.
- Statutory Compliance (Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Tap Temperatures).
- AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment, Plumbing works.
- BMS Operation.
- Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organising subcontractors.
- Completing logbooks and RAMS.
- Reports.
- Permits to work.
- Raise and close jobs on PDAs as necessary.
- Fully qualified in either Mechanical Engineering / Heating and Ventilation / Plumbing - C&G or NVQ or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 years experience prior within commercial maintenance.
- Polite and personable.
- Client facing attitude.
- Apprentice trained - Desirable.
- Full UK driving license.
- £43,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
- Tools and uniform provided.
- Monday - Friday, 8 - 5.
