Mobile Maintenance Engineer London £45,000 – £48,000 We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) to maintain commercial buildings across London within the M25. Please note that call out is optional. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks Emergency lighting testing and remedial Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems Maintaining accurate records and documentation Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Previous experience working on plant systems in commercial buildings Strong understanding of electrical systems and components Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently Package & Benefits: £45,000 – £48,0000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Van & Fuel card – Personal use of the vehicle allowed) Mobile phone, PDA, uniform, and specialist tools provided Pension scheme Opportunities for career development and training Supportive and employee-focused company culture Posted by Luke Clark
